Since the first launch more than twenty-five years ago, and with the founders’ experience that preceded that period by a lot, attention was directed to the strength of professional competence with complete integrity and honesty, and as a result a number of successes were achieved in a number of fields:
Our areas of work
1- Contributing to the development of the non-profit sector, including:
- Preparing the previous non-profit companies system, many of whose provisions were included in the new companies system: (1443 AH), which included in its provisions solutions that address many of the challenges facing the non-profit sector, but the regulatory authority's confidence in Al-Zamil and Al-Kharashi Company came on the basis that it is a long-standing and experienced house of expertise in company provisions.
- Developing endowment products, preparing legal and regulatory studies for them, convincing the judiciary of them and proving them to it, including developing cash endowments, and developing endowment stock portfolios.
- Governance and control of large non-profit entities from endowments, endowment companies, or non-profit companies, by addressing the challenges they faced and hindered their path to growth and achieving their goals, so the consulting work was reflected in achieving their goals, growing their revenues, and stabilizing their operations.
2- In estates, our success was reflected for our clients in a number of huge estates, through a number of procedures that distinguished us, including:
- Professionalism in managing the process of dividing the estate and preserving its container from breakage and loss of its assets, which was reflected in many division processes by increasing the proceeds of the estate container without being affected by the loss of its assets.
